Kairoi Co. OÜ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Cycles Arc apps and website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. This policy complies with GDPR (EU), CCPA (US), Privacy Act (Australia), and DPDP Act (India).

The calculators and sky tools published on this website compute an answer and forget it. A place and a date are used to produce the result you asked for and are not retained, and no profile is assembled behind them. Where a tool asks for an email address, that is an explicit opt-in to the Cycles Arc letter and is handled under the section below — it is never a condition of the calculation being correct.
If you join the Cycles Arc letter or a waiting list, we store your email address and the page you joined from. Confirmation is double opt-in: you receive one email asking you to confirm, and nothing further is sent unless you do. The list is never shared or sold. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and you may also ask us to remove you at any time.
Affiliate programme applications are kept separately from the mailing list and are not treated as a newsletter opt-in.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information and opt-out of marketing at any time.
