These terms govern Cycles Arc, a brand of Kairoi Co. OÜ, registry code 17410529, Sakala tn 7-2, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10141, Estonia (“we,” “us”). By using this website or our services you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
This site describes more than it currently sells, so it is worth being exact about which of these terms bite today:
Nothing on this website takes a payment. Where something becomes billable, the price and the terms are agreed with you before it is done.
You may use the free tools on this site for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, including publishing what they compute. Redistribution of our data at volume, or as a substitute for the API, is what the API licence is for. You agree not to:
These terms apply to the apps once they are released. No subscription is on sale today.
The Cycles Arc apps will be offered on an annual subscription. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled, we will tell you before each renewal is taken, and you may cancel at any time — through the store you bought it from, or by writing to hello@cyclesarc.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
All prices are in euro. Prices shown to consumers include VAT where it applies; VAT is calculated at checkout from your location.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, and nothing here takes that away. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent — which we ask for at checkout, and which we will not assume.
On top of the statutory right we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions: write to hello@cyclesarc.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full, no argument. After that period a subscription is not refunded mid-term, but you can cancel so it does not renew.
Downloads and subscriptions bought in the Cycles Arc shop are governed by the shop’s own refund policy.
The programme is not open yet. The form on the affiliates page joins a waiting list.
When it opens: we review every application and may decline one without giving a reason. An accepted affiliate receives a unique referral link, which sets a cookie lasting 30 days so that a sale can be credited to whoever introduced it. Commission is earned on subscriptions referred through that link at the rate shown on the affiliates page, and is paid through the merchant of record that handles our sales once the balance reaches €72.
Commission is payable on completed sales. It is reversed if the sale is refunded, charged back or cancelled within the refund window. We may withhold commission and close an account for self-referral, for bidding on our brand names in paid search, for spam, or for misrepresenting what Cycles Arc does. Rates and terms may change for future sales on notice to you; what you have already earned is not altered retrospectively.
API access is granted per account under a separate agreement covering the families of data you are licensed for and the volume you have arranged. Keys are issued to a named account and may not be resold, shared or used to build a competing redistribution of the underlying data. We do not retain the requests you send.
Astronomical quantities are computed and are accurate to the published references we name. Weather is a forecast: we publish the odds and the confidence rather than a single certain number, and it should be read as a forecast. The body-clock windows are computed from published chronobiology and are informational — they are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for a clinician. Do not rely on any output of this service where an error could endanger life, health, navigation or property.
All content within Cycles Arc apps is owned by Kairoi Co. OÜ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
