Cycles Arc apps are offered on an annual subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via account settings or by contacting hello@cyclesarc.com.
All prices are in Euros and exclude VAT where applicable. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Contact us at hello@cyclesarc.com within 14 days for a full refund. No refunds are issued after this period.
Printed and made-to-order goods are sold through the Cycles Arc shop and are governed by the shop’s own returns terms at checkout.
API access is granted per account under a separate agreement covering the families of data you are licensed for and the volume you have arranged. Keys are issued to a named account and may not be resold, shared or used to build a competing redistribution of the underlying data. We do not retain the requests you send.
Astronomical quantities are computed and are accurate to the published references we name. Weather is a forecast: we publish the odds and the confidence rather than a single certain number, and it should be read as a forecast. The body-clock windows are computed from published chronobiology and are informational — they are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for a clinician. Do not rely on any output of this service where an error could endanger life, health, navigation or property.
All content within Cycles Arc apps is owned by Kairoi Co. OÜ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
